I would request you to grant me leave from 21st March to 29th March 2019. I require to leave on the mentioned dates as I am looking forward to going on a vacation. I have not availed any leaves for the past 6 months. I do not have any work pending from my side and will hand over my responsibilities to the concerned colleague/authority to handle, in my absence.

I once again request you to sanction the leave.
