Significance of the Swadeshi Movement

2. The terrorist secret societies like ‘Anushilon Samity’ and ‘Jugantar Dal’ got their chances of rising. According to Will Durant ‘It was in 1905 that the Indian revolution began”.
3. The anti-partition movement gave rise to extremism. In 1906 A.D. Dadabhai Naoroji put up ‘Swaraj’ as the aims of the Congress.
4. The Swadeshi Movement had deep impact on Bengal’s social and cultural lives.
